FIME Group Announces New Nickel Plated Rex Pistols

FIME Group, the Las Vegas-based company that imports the Arex Rex pistols made in Slovenia, is now selling nickel plated versions of those guns in standard and compact sizes.

The new standard-sized Rex pistol sports either a nickel plated slide and black frame, or a nickel plated frame, slide, barrel and black chrome hardware. Chambered in 9mm, the gun features a 4.25-inch barrel, an overall weight of 29 ounces empty, and a height of 5.7 inches. It also sports a 17-round magazine capacity. The 1S-08 model with the nickel plated slide and black frame will run you $715. The 1S-06 model with a  has a MSRP of $789.

These same nickel plated options are also being offered by FIME Group in compact versions. The compact Rex pistol is chambered in 9mm and comes with a 3.85-inch barrel. It has a 15-round magazine capacity, a height of 5.1 inches and a weight of 25.12 ounces without the magazine. The 1CP-08 model and 1CP-06 model are both priced the same as the standard nickel plated versions at $715 and $789, respectively.

In addition to those changes, FIME Group says all nickel plated Rex pistols also feature a new contoured grip.
