A Texas woman used her personal firearm to shoot a dangerous and violent intruder inside her home.
According to KSAT, the incident took place before 11 p.m. last Wednesday in the 3700 block of East Southcross in San Antonio.
Authorities say the intruder “talked himself” into the woman’s apartment and began choking her. She then pulled out a gun and shot the suspect in the shoulder.
After being shot, the man fled the apartment, taking the gun with him in the process, the woman told San Antonio Police.
As KSAT reports, police searched the immediate area to locate the suspect, but has not been found.
