Available in both pistol and rifle versions, the MP5 Rimfire 22 includes many of the same great features of the original. The barrel of the pistol version includes the same threaded tri-lug suppressor adaptor of the original MP5/SP5 with buttcap. Whereas, the rifle version features a sleeved barrel, giving it the look of the legendary MP5SD.
Both models include the roller-delayed blowback operating system, known for accuracy, reliability and smooth shooting dynamic. Additionally, the paddle magazine release allows for quick removal of the 10 or 25 round magazines, right- or left-handed. Also, the ambidextrous safety ensures right- or left-handed operation.
The partnership between HK and Umarex of Germany offers the only HK-authorized rimfire versions of the legendary MP5 platform. But even better for the end user is the price.
