The Bushmaster Tactical Pouch Cleaning Kit
Contained within a convenient pouch, the kit is available in three different chamberings, .30 cal/7.62mm, 5.56 NATO/.223 Rem, and .450 Bushmaster. The TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant pouch features Molle webbing for easy attachment to a pack or belt.
In addition, the pouch provides dual zipper access. So, you can retrieve your cleaning tools with the pouch standing or lying flat. A Velcro panel allows you to apply your favorite patch or a patch to differentiate the different kits.
Inside the pouch are netting compartments to help separate the different cleaning supplies and rods. Likewise, clear stow-away tabs allow you to categorize the brushes, jags, and cleaning patches for quick, easy access.
The kit includes a muzzle guard to prevent any accuracy-affecting damage from the 4-piece KleenBore Rigid Coated RifleRod. Correspondingly, the riflerod includes a swivel T handle for easier operation as well as a rod extension with #8-32 threads.
At the heart of the kit is a 0.5 fluid-ounce bottle of MIL-Spec KleenBore CLP. Initially developed for the U.S. Military, KleenBore CLP cleans burnt powder residue and other fouling in the bore and other moving parts. Likewise, it protects from rust and corrosion, reduces friction, and won’t break down, even under extreme pressures or operating temperatures.
